Hybrid Heating System
with Thermostat

We use specially designed reinforced Bulgarian 8mm long-life heaters combined with a smooth adjusting reliable German thermostat at the top to control and ensure the correct baking temperature at all times without any interruptions for the best baking results, even 24/7 without the need for rollers' repositioning in normal environment.

Stainless Steel 304

The oven's body is made of 1.5mm mirror shiny stainless steel for easy cleaning and strong protection against corrosion and deformations. Lifetime warranty against deep body corrosion. All the fixing elements, visible or hidden, every single hinge, nut, bolt is made of stainless steel for highest oven's build quality.

Baking Control

You can easily adjust the distance between the roller and the heater - closest, middle and farthest. This way you will achieve even baking along the entire rollers length.

We created the 'S8T machine specially for professional intensive Chimney Cake baking. This high productivity oven bakes 8 cakes at the same time - up to 100 cones per hour in perfect conditions.

Energy Saving Mode

You can use the oven's full capacity with both heaters working and baking 8 Chimney Cakes at a time. For off-peak hours the oven could be used at Energy Saving Mode with only one heater switched on, consuming half electricity and baking 4 Chimney Cakes at a time. The heating area separator is included in every 'S8T Kit.

2 Doors Design
with Tempered Glass

For the oven's doors we use special designed 5mm thick crystal clear tempered glass with operating temperature up to 400°C. The vertical design with 2 glass doors provides visible baking from both oven sides.

Direct Drive
Independent Motors

Inside the oven there are 8x independent durable motors with electric protection against manually caused mechanical stops. We use our specially developed Direct Drive System for high reliability.

This is an electric oven with vertical heaters - NO burning sugar drops, NO smoke and flames, NO additional unwanted taste in the dough.

Insulated Handles

The wooden door handles and the special material between them and the hot steel provide temperature insulation and protection for your hands. For your convenience you can fit the handles on the top or bottom of the door.
