Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
When you access this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions discussed here, you should exit this site now. We reserve the rights to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. If you continue to use the website after any changes are made, this indicates that you have accepted those changes.
Shipping
We ship our baking equipment from Bulgaria, European Union. We can provide Certificate of Origin or EUR.1 for countries with trade agreements with Europe. It could decrease the import duties.
For US customers we ship the Chimney Cake Mix from our storage in CT, USA using UPS Ground service. There is no import duties.
For destinations outside USA we ship the Chimney Cake Mix from Bulgaria.
When you specify your shipping address we will offer you exact price and terms for the delivery. We usually use DHL or FedEx worldwide shipping with tracking and insurance. The transit time may vary between 1 and 7 business days depending on the destination. All of our oven packs are always IN-STOCK and will be shipped next business day after the payment confirmation. We reserve our rights not to send the Chimney Cake Mix Sample for countries with specific food regulations.
Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are buyer's responsibility. Please check in your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
At the time of delivery, the consignee should examine the shipment for loss or damage in the presence of the courier. If there is evidence of loss or damage, the consignee should note it on the delivery receipt. This will be used as evidence to back up the claim for transport defects. Solarika Ltd. shall not be liable for any unrecorded established transport defects after acceptance of the goods.
Warranty
All our ovens have 2 years limited back-to-base warranty for manufacturing defects. The service base is situated in Burgas, Bulgaria. In case of malfunction all spare parts and their replacement in our base are free for the customer. All shipping or other additional costs are customer’s responsibility.
However, we know how valuable your time is, so we’ve designed our products for easy repairs. Most issues can be resolved by replacing a component yourself, no special technical skills required. If something happens, the fastest and easiest way to solve the problem is to Contact Us. We will help you to identify the issue and then we will send you the spare parts for replacement.
Payment
All prices in this site are listed without VAT (Value Added Tax).
If your shipping address is outside European Union (EU), you don't have to pay VAT.
If your shipping address is inside EU and you have a valid VAT registration number, you don't have to pay VAT.
If your shipping address is inside EU and you don't have a valid VAT number, you should pay 20% VAT.
If your shipping address is in Bulgaria, you should pay 20% VAT.
We accept bank transfers, Wise, VISA, MasterCard and PayPal payments without any additional fees. Shop with peace of mind using Credit / Debit Cards or PayPal with Buyer Protection.
